[Everyone] Fwd: Accurate Fence - Fence Estimate for Chelsea Place HOA

To All, The attached from Accurate are their estimates for the fence/rail projects.  Accurate’s estimates include:
1. Out Front: The carrier recently said it only wanted that “open” spot on the right side of our current fence along Drexel fixed so that no one could fall into the stream. However, we may want or need more so I had Accurate Fence price the work in 3 sections: 
    A. the first 12 feet to the right of our existing fence, (about the size of two of the current fence panels), 
    B. from the current fence end to the beginning of the garden bed, and, 
    C. from the current fence end all the way down to the end of the garden bed beside unit 410. 
2. Handrail between Units 406 and 408: (to be put into the current wood), from the street to our bridge.*
3. Handrail between 406 and 408: (also to be placed into the current wood) from our bridge up the hill to our driveway.*
* Note: this is handrail and Accurate is primarily a fence company. He recommends it would be cheaper and faster to get a handrail company for those projects: they could fabricate it and paint it to match bronze, (what we have up front).  He recommends a tube hand railing, or something wright iron like Sara has at her entryway. Of course any decision may have to get approval from the City of Decatur.Mark
