Thanks Mark!  I'm a bit confused by these estimates however.  I believe
that the "Chelsea Place HOA Repairs" file is the three options you listed
for the fence out front, but I'm not sure what the "Chelsea Place HOA
Handrail" is for, as the description, other than the linear feet, is the
same as the other three.  Could you offer some clarification?
