Jeez.
1. Yes, she can set it up with her bank to submit monthly auto-pay. Lots of
folks do this, but it is something for her to set up on her end. Or, she
can pay all at once.
2. Yes, it was raised by and with previous owner, but not ultimately fixed
in accord with by-laws. Really sorry and sympathize with the one more
thing, but important to know about for new homeowners what the expectations
are about paint. Decks are up to individual homeowner; not to HOA. Which is
sort of related to #3. Clarity and explanation about what is shared and
covered by HOA and what is not. Nothing urgent.
3. Because her home abuts culvert, not sure where her insurance begins and
HOA ends...worth sorting out. But for now, the fence situation is not
really affecting her directly, right?
