Hi David - thanks for the note. Few things

1. There’s no automated payment for HOA fees? Checks are of course outdated
and I would much rather avoid this manual step
2. You can imagine my displeasure at this point around paint after living
here for just 2 weeks. Was this not addressed with the previous owner as
well then? When was this requirement changed? I’ve already needed to have
multiple things addressed here, including decks that were no where near up
to code so I find it surprising that wouldn’t have been a mandate as well.
So what are the ramifications of the paint color not matching for a period
of time? It will get done but there are a number of other pressing issues
being handled right now with this home.
3. What is this fence situation? I’m confused about my liability related to
this
