On behalf of the Chelsea Place Homeowners Association, I'd like to welcome
you to the neighborhood.  We are a small, self managed association, and use
email and a website to keep in touch and up to date.

We also have a members only website where we keep copies of meeting
minutes, covenants, a list of other residents as well as the paint and

Just in case the closing company did not provide you with the information,
HOA dues are $75/mo.  You can pay monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or

We are currently soliciting bids for replacing the fence along the back of
the property, as well as adding some fencing that our insurance company is
requiring along Drexel which may necessitate a special assessment.  Further
discussion about the fencing and any special assessment that may be
required will happen on the mailing list, so I urge you to sign up right
away.

As you may have noticed, your garage door and window trim facing Drexel
Avenue do not match the colors specified in the by laws.  Your attention to
correct this would be appreciated.
