Honestly, I don't recall it being raised with the previous owner, if you
remember my original email about the situation.  Janice sent an email,
there was no discussion and no objection, and as far as I know, it was
never brought up at any HOA meeting that I attended until Sarah brought it
up because 410 was being sold.
