[Everyone] [External] Property Tax Assessment

Hi Neighbors--
If you, like me, waited until almost the last minute to figure this out...
I want to recommend using a website called qpublic.net:
https://qpublic.schneidercorp.com/Application.aspx?App=DekalbCountyGA&Layer=Parcels&PageType=Search

I was able to use this to search properties sold in the last 6 months of
2024 with similar parameters to my townhome, including square footage, year
built, and sale price. It allows you to generate a comp report using 5
properties you select from the generated list. I found it really easy to
use, and it made it really clear that the county is probably using
significant sales outliers to generate the current value.
