I have found that appealing yourself if fairly simple, but it is best to provide comps if possible. I've had mixed success with our different properties. Already sent in my appeal for 412. All the real estate websites price us around 550,000. Ridiculous 30% increase in one year. <br>

Yes, I think we all did. Ron attempted to appeal online but there didn’t seem to be a way to do it without first acknowledging what read very much like a waiver. So, he requested information to be sent by mail to appeal. I imagine they used an estimate for
 area homes with no consideration of actual individual home type or value estimate.</div>
