Hey there, that is pretty much what I did, printed to PDF some general
valuations from realtor and redfin, and submitted a  couple PDFs of comps
in the area.
I don't know that it will work, but my fingers are crossed. I would send
the PDFs but they are on my big desktop computer which is currently
disconnected as I rearrange my office space ...
