[Everyone] Flooding

Molly -- I had water issue about 5 or so years ago, rainwater leaking into
my downstairs plantbed into bedroom. I called several waterproofing
companies to "diagnose" where water was coming from. I landed with a large
Atlanta area company -- Trotter -- I'd been told they were somewhat
expensive but they weren't. They installed a sump pump and I haven't had
any trouble since. I've also had sewage water leaking into my downstairs
-- through the "outline" to the street, and have called in "disaster" clean
up companies, got recommendations from my homeowners insurance company,
homeowners policy paid for all but deductible. Turns out there was tree
root, tree in front of my house, roots severed outline, so had to pull tree
out. I am not aware that Janis ever had any water problems. What with
all the rain we get in Atlanta, I'd be surprise (and impressed) if she did
NOT have any problems. Hope this helps. Lauren
