   <span style="font-family:helvetica;font-size:12pt">Molly, I'm so sorry to learn of your dilemma.  I'm not aware that Janis ever had flooding issues.  You might want to have someone to take a look at your foundation on the left side of your garage to make certain that it is completely sealed.  I hope you are able to get the problem solved quickly.  This has to be one of the rainiest summers that I can recall.</span>

    Did Janice have issues historically to anyone’s knowledge with rain water pooling at her garage? The pathway down to the creek began pooling and the water was unable to drain anywhere and flooded my garage. Very worrying and not sure if the city needs to be contacted for the sewer or if the stone pathway needs to be amended and steepened but major problem with this heavy rain.
