If anyone else is having a rodent problem, I have interviewed 3 companies and have learned a lot about how these critters enter houses, and the various approaches to getting rid of them, to preventing them from entering homes.  Please let me know if you need a referral or any other information.  I have never had a problem in the 17 years I have lived here.  All the companies have told me the problem is probably due to construction all around, which is jostling the communities of these critters.  I just wish they'd find some home other than mine!
