[Everyone] Rodent problem

Hi All:

I have been having a rodent (ROOF RAT) problem for the last 4 weeks or so
(caught 2 of them in traps) and I have workmen who will be working on my
garage today and around my property.  Joanna and David, I just tried
calling you (at 404 371 1188).  The workmen tell me I have a problem on my
garage on your side and they need to seal some entryways so they will be
doing that today.  Please let me know if this creates any inconvenience.

If anyone else is having a rodent problem, I have interviewed 3 companies
and have learned a lot about how these critters enter houses, and the
various approaches to getting rid of them, to preventing them from entering
homes.  Please let me know if you need a referral or any other
information.  I have never had a problem in the 17 years I have lived
here.  All the companies have told me the problem is probably due to
construction all around, which is jostling the communities of these
critters.  I just wish they'd find some home other than mine!
