[Everyone] Carpenter bees

 To All:    It's a little early this year but carpenter bees are starting to show up.  I've called XPest, (who has been doing this for Chelsea Place for years), to come out to spray my house.  They are available on Tuesday, March 24 to come out to spray.  They will start work at 10am on the 24th.  Usually you do not need to be present for them to do the work, but you should discuss this with them when you call.      If you are interested in XPest spraying your place on the 24th, please contact them directly at the number below so that they can include you with the group.  Price is normally $95 but for a group like ours the price remains $75/home.  XPest will contract with homeowners individually and bill you directly. I spoke with Lori but they are familiar with us so anyone there can help you.  Mark
