Hi Melanie,
They won’t be going through or under the creek. I’m told they will dig the hole just outside the wooden gate at 412, and feed the cable to the transformer that way. They’re pulling the power from the above ground line across the street. They also said they're not going to touch any of the stamped concrete/parking pads.
