[Everyone] Renter

Hi Chelsea Place,

We have finally been able to secure a renter for 410. This will be for a 12
month lease at a minimum and I will pass on his contact information once we
finalize a few remaining details so the group knows who will be living
there.

It will be 1 full time resident with 2 children there part time.
