Hi Chelsea Place,<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">We have finally been able to secure a renter for 410. This will be for a 12 month lease at a minimum and I will pass on his contact information once we finalize a few remaining details so the group knows who will be living there. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">It will be 1 full time resident with 2 children there part time. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Thanks all, </div><div dir="auto">Molly</div>
