[Everyone] Announcement of Scheduled HOA Meeting and Document

Good evening everyone --

I want to apologize to all of you for my outburst at Rosamond yesterday at
the HOA meeting, equating mandatory rotation of officers to slavery.  It
was over the top, offensive, and disrespectful of me to act out like this.
Again, I regret this outburst and am deeply sorry.
