[Everyone] Upcoming (September 29 and September 30) roof replacements on 404 and 406 Drexel Avenue.

 Hi All:    Jordan and I are having our roofs replaced by Rosie's Roofing on Monday, September 29, and Tuesday, September 30.   They will be placing waste disposal bins in the driveways of our respective townhomes (old shingles/materials), but they do not expect those bins will cause any blockage of the general driveway.  They will also have two trucks in front of our homes (supplies and tools) which they feel will also not block anyone.  If there is any problem with access, please let Jordan or I know and we will make sure that Rosie's moves their vehicles as necessary.      They anticipate delivering the trash bins at 6am on each day, setting up, then starting work at 8am.  We are hopeful that this will not cause too much disturbance and we both appreciate your patience and tolerance in working with us while our roofs are being replaced.  They have assured us that, weather permitting, their work will be completed within those two days.Mark and Jordan
