[Everyone] 911 water work

Water Service just showed up. The Drexel Ave will be closed off for the next 6-8 hours.  They will be replacing a water main as residents up the street are without water.  They will give us passage through to our entrance as they can but delays are very possible.  
I am moving a car down the street now to avoid waiting for them to make passage possible.
