[Everyone] [External] Property Tax Assessment

Hey there, I just follow the instructions in the online portal, and make
PDFs of comps, online estimates, whatever I can find to suggest actual
market value and upload those with the appeal. Even if denied, you can ask
for a review of that decision with real people. (Typically via zoom).  If
we all appeal and get denied perhaps a class action would be warranted?
Research how much Decatur property values have actually gone up, or down,
and this increase is obviously unfair.
