Kathleen,

I heard that Dekalb County, who does the appraisals for Decatur,  used a
software algorithm for the assessments. It's obviously a flawed model
because these numbers are nowhere close to reality. If someone would buy
for what they say my house is worth, I would happily sell tomorrow.
