[Everyone] Fwd: [External] Property Tax Assessment

Given how badly off base these assessments are I'm thinking there will be a
whole lot of appeals.  On the other hand, digging through the property tax
records for 30030, ours look more off than most.  I suspect their appraisal
software decided that the couple of  $1m houses sold in '24 on Drexel
should be included in the comps analysis.
