Thanks, Dave & Joanna.
Your selections seem pretty good to me. I probably used different filters
than you did, because some of those didn't come up for me. For my value, I
just took an average of the assessed value of the properties I chose.
Here's the ones I went with:

*307 **ADAIR ST H 8*
