Ok--from the responses to my message sent earlier today I assume that
Kathleen, Jordan, and Maryann have agreed to work on this project. They can
proceed in communication with each other and work together to divide the
labor/time-commitments among themselves. Companies contacted (at least two)
will need to be accompanied and shown all relevant trees throughout the
property. Needed from companies will be written estimates, with
recommendations detailed. With your inquiries and with the clarifications
you receive, you can as a group then make written recommendations and
submit them, along with the companies' recommendations and estimates, to me
(representing officers).

Thanks for agreeing to take on this task for CP.
