Molly,

Thanks for the communication about your likely plans to move from Chelsea
Place. Your decision to retain ownership and rent your place to
another/others is one that will have ramifications for all of us. I
appreciate your statement of commitment as owner--whatever the
circumstances around rental arrangements--to follow what we hope will be
agreed upon protocols, rules, and expectations. I ask on behalf of the HOA
that you keep us abreast of developments.

My expectation is that as you will continue as an owner at Chelsea Place
you will follow through on your commitment as a member of the committee
(along with Ron) charged to bring for our consideration at our meeting
scheduled for next month a draft of issues pertaining to rentals and upkeep
for us to consider. Please confirm that this is the case.
