[Everyone] Potential move

Hi everyone - hope you are all doing well!

Kate and I have had an unexpected turn of events that will likely result in
a move to the Smyrna area but we plan on maintaining ownership of the
Drexel home and renting it out.

I know rental standards have been a topic of discussion for some time and
while we have not put in guidelines/restrictions to date, I'd like to be as
transparent as possible with the group and will adhere to all
bylaw amendments accordingly. We will have a more definitive understanding
of timelines in the coming days.
