Both days in October work for me as well.

Also, quick update on the retaining wall and bridge inspection:

I contacted Engineering Solutions of Georgia (ESOG) and was surprised to hear they charge $695 for an inspection, so I contacted RamJack. They will perform the inspection for free. They will be here on Tuesday, Aug 6th between 12:30-1pm.

If anyone has another engineering resource they can recommend, please let me know.
