[Everyone] Final Announcement: Arrangements; Agenda for Upcoming HOA Meeting July 20, 2024

After consultation with Sara, who had early on volunteered to coordinate
the setup for the meeting and cookout near or at her home, and after
hearing from residents about either not attending the meeting or having
made other plans for meals, we have decided to provide only (HOA-purchased)
simple appetizers. There will be no need for anyone to bring any food stuff
to the gathering. (This is not the development initially hoped for: I
understand that for several years [before the pandemic era] the HOA meeting
had included the outdoor cookout as part of an effort to foster Chelsea
Place conviviality and neighborliness.)

We'll still need some assistance with the setup for the meeting as now
planned. All who plan to attend are welcome to join us in the patio area
opposite the fence (in front of #408) beginning around 6:30pm.

As announced months ago, the formal meeting will be held on *Saturday, July
20, 7pm.* If the weather does not cooperate with us we'll retreat into #408
(or elsewhere).

I had earlier sent the proposed Agenda for the meeting. I include it here
again--as attachment.
