[Everyone] Reminder Notice: Chelsea Place HOA Meeting: July 20, 2024

Greetings to all.

I write to remind all owners of the next HOA Meeting, set for Saturday,
July 20, 2024, 7 pm.  We shall gather in the patio area (on the other side
of the driveway fence, just before #410).

Please attend this important meeting of CP HOA.

Sara has agreed to facilitate our gathering, including taking a lead with
food provisions. Please offer your assistance in these areas.

I look forward to seeing all of you at the Meeting. It is important that we
address issues that will keep CP a safe and desirable shared living space
and community.
