[Everyone] Branch removal services?

An important matter has been raised and some good questions raised in
return.

I remind all that we recently had Boutte come up and look at the property.
Not all seemed interested at that time in doing much beyond taking out a
threatening dead tree.

My question for consideration--what if anything does the HOA
insurance cover (or advise)  in re: such matters.
