Odd that Maryann’s insurance company actually found out about her potential issue. Anyway, if you get a chance would you let me know if you see any branches near or over my place that need pruning so that I can get included. If the Association doesn’t cover the work, I’ll want to make the arrangements to pay for it myself. If this is still the position that the HOA deems appropriate, I don't mind calling several tree service companies that we've used in the past. I've noticed limbs hanging over the roofline at #412; there may be other homeowners who might require some limb pruning.
