Dave,

I offer an apology to you.

In my last communication I made two missteps:

First, I misinterpreted and made mistaken assumptions about what you had
communicated (in our last meeting and via e-mail) about what you were
willing to do
in response to a situation brought up by an owner.

Second, in an effort to speak more broadly to all owners about (my
perspective on) the need for all owners to contribute to the work and
interests of CP HOA, I coupled
remarks about such (addressed to all) to my response to you. This should
not have been done.

I thank you for the contribution you made to the situation at hand.

Also, I hope you can accept my apology and we can consider the matter (of
your contribution to the situation referenced) now closed.

vlw
