[Everyone] Good news on the trees

Thanks a lot for this report, rosamond, it is good news about those 3 oaks.
I will be adding  -- as one of the 5 owners potentially affected by those 3
oaks -- $80 to the HOA fee of $125 for November. I assume Bouttes fee for
examining the 3 oaks is $400, as was indicated earlier. Again, many thanks
for this report.
