[Everyone] Construction Work at #402

Rosamond and I are having needed repair and construction work done on the
roof (chimney) this week. If all goes well, the work project should extend
at least through Thursday.

As you are aware, we are here at CP rather tightly arranged. But we'll do
what we can to allow needed work to be done and to avoid major
inconveniences to the rest of you.

Workers will unload materials this morning. They are aware of the
importance of not blocking traffic. There may be a period at the beginning
and at the end (loading up) when there will be some tightness of traffic
flow. When and where there are issues we can request adjustments.

We have inquired about the expected noise level. There will be noises
usually associated with repair and construction work. The noises are not
expected to be at a high level every moment.

We offer our apology for inconveniences. We appreciate your patience during
this time.
