I set up a committee of three owners to investigate the matter. The charge included careful reading of By-Laws to see whether and where there is clarity regarding rental of CP units and, if they saw the need, to seek consultation with a real estate lawyer specializing in HOAs. The committee has taken some important steps for us and is prepared to report back to us. No decisions about any matters have been made. (I want here to express on behalf of CP HOA gratitude to this committee—Joanna Campbell, Lauren Rich, and Mark Bussey—for its work on our behalf.)
