[Everyone] Treasurer's reminder of August 1 changes

Greetings on this Friday,
I am writing to remind you that at the last meeting we agreed to increase
our monthly dues from $75.00 a month to  $125.00 per month beginning on
August 1.

For those of you who arrange with your bank to pay HOA dues automatically,
please make this change in advance of August 1.  If you have questions
please be in touch.  If you drop your check by, please make sure that you
make arrangements with Molly for that; otherwise, the HOA has its own
mailbox and address, which is:
414 Drexel Ave.
Decatur, GA 30030

As I hand over the reins to Molly, thank you for trusting me with the
collective HOA monies.
