[Everyone] Glass recycling

Hi everyone,

Someone has been putting their glass recycling to my red container *after*
the collection has been made about 4 weeks in a row. I was not going to say
anything but this is getting quite annoying.

I know that there's a slight chance this is an act of someone who doesn't
live here but just wanted to call it out. If you don't have a red
recycling bin, you can get one by calling the city. Or I don't mind if
someone put them in my bin before the collection is made.

I really hope this doesn't happen again. Please be considerate to your
neighbors.
