Cade,

    My apologies that it has taken so long for us to make a decision, but we have had several other matters, (including new owners), that needed to be attended to first.  We would like to move forward with Accurate Fence on both extending the front fence, (the $1,742 second option in your proposal), and building the two segments of railing that we discussed, (see attached estimates from Accurate Fence).  
    Jordan Sharon, at Chelsea Place, (my next door neighbor at 404 Drexel), will be handling this work project from this point forward.  I am copying him with this email, and his contact information is included below.  He is aware of the required down-payments on each of the projects.  He will be in touch with you shortly.
