[Everyone] Chelsea Place | Fence/Railing Update

I think we need more information from Accurate before we can make a
decision:


   1. How will the paint be applied?  Will it be baked on at the factory?
   What kind of durability can we expect? Will the paint job have any kind of
   guarantee/warranty?
   2. If we decide to continue with the black, will be receive any kind of
   discount?

Once we have those questions answered, we can make a decision on which path
to take.
