[Everyone] Chelsea Place | Fence/Railing Update

I am responding to Jordan's request to have someone else step in and serve
as Chelsea Place link with Fence Com.

First, I want to express appreciation to Jordan for his work on our behalf
to date. Having worked on the other side to get us to this point--including
research, communication with, showing representatives around the grounds,
and getting estimates from several companies--I know the project can be
time-consuming.

Second, I am willing to try to help again (unless someone else is
willing to step forward). But under this condition--I would like consensus
about what we want to do to be clearly stated. That in my view should be
done by the president of the HOA.
So to David: if you can consider the different state opinions and then
state clearly where we are, what we expect that would be helpful (and
necessary) as we move to this next stage.

When the clearest statement possible is communicated to all I'll then need
from Jordan all contact information (including a history of communications).
