[Everyone] Final decision on CAU requirements

Hi All,

After our discussions and receiving helpful feedback from Mark and the rest of the committee, below are the recommendations.
Go with option #1 off the Accurate estimate for the fence along Drexel, pending confirmation from Mark that he believes that option #1 meets the first requirement from the insurance company.
Ask Accurate to also include a railing/fence along the curb line between 406 and 408 at the top of the stairs where there is a drop off, along the associations property line between those two properties (requirement #2)
Ask Accurate to also include a fence along the path/stairs next to 410 (requirement #3)
Ask Accurate to update their estimate from June for the fence along to back of the property, asking them to provide a metal option and take into account that they will already be on site installing items 1 through 3.
Regarding requirement #4, tell the insurance company that the culvert issue is a very complex one, as it involves the City of Decatur, a full engineering design and the property owner of 410.  As such, we will require significant more time to provide them with further feedback.
In the interest of time and continuity, we believe it is best to employ Accurate for all the fence/railing work needed. If everyone approves I would like to move on the above recommendations ASAP. I am more than happy to take over communications with Accurate and CAU in place of Mark. Mark- I will contact you separately just so I am clear on exactly where things were left with Accurate.

Regarding the estimate for the back fence, this was done before my time. If someone could please provide me with the original estimate that was done back in June, I can speak to Accurate about that as well.
