[Everyone] Final decision on CAU requirements

Dave,

     I am in full agreement with Sara.  It is time for decisions to be made.  My suggestions for the following: 1. The front fence: have Accurate take the current fence down to the garden bed (proposal #2 by Accurate);2. Railings: Sara had three railing companies that she intended to come out and provide estimates.  We should get that list of companies from Sara, have them come out immediately and then choose a company to start the work.  Alternatively, let's just go forward with Accurate on their railing estimate.3. The culvert.  Someone needs to be responsible for getting together ideas and estimates: to date no one has been assigned to/volunteered for this.   Please find someone to take this over.
4. The back fence.  This has been lingering for way too long.  We have had three estimates since last summer to repair/replace the back fence.  One is from Accurate.  It is time to select a company.  If it is Accurate then we can get that fence repaired at the same time and perhaps they will cut us a little better deal for more than one project. All of these projects together may very well require a special assessment.  That cost should be determined as soon as possible, and announced, so that everyone, including the Association, can budget accordingly. Mark
