I should have clarified my reason for resigning from the compliance committee in my previous email.  My decision has absolutely nothing to do with the committee members; Jordan, Mark and Ron are doing an excellent job.  I tend to be a problem solver and decion maker.  When issues tend to just spin around, I find it very frustrating.  Hope each of you can understand my position.
