[Everyone] Mailbox Issue

I called the local post office to get the lock changed. There is an FAQ on
the USPS website about replacing keys/changing locks on boxes, it may be
helpful to call armed with that information. The issue is clearly the lock
and the whole cluster box is designed for the locks to be easily replaced.
If you are expecting mail that you are worried might get stuck, maybe
consider putting a hold on your mail for a week or so and pick it up from
the Post Office? Just an idea.
