[Everyone] Mailbox Issue

Vincent,

It's 3 out of 11 units that are having problems.  You're suggesting that
the HOA spend thousands of dollars to replace the complete unit instead of
contacting the USPS, who actually own the CBU, to replace the locks, which
is a 5 min job.  The CBU itself, without installation, is $1,500 to $2,000
from what I can see.  Plus installation.  Plus the brick work.  Plus the
removal of the old box.  That option makes no sense to me, especially after
we just had a large special assessment.
