I follow your points.
I am fine with waiting for the bronze (our original order). This is my preference.
But (if there is impatience among us) I am ok with the black fencing (without paint job).
Others should weigh in; and we should decide the matter and move on.
(Then I hope we'll next work on listing projects for the near and far future.)

I actually agree with you Vincent, which is why I don't think painting the black fence they have is a good solution. It won't be powder coated and baked on, and while the underlying fence itself will be durable for decades (which is why we decided to go with metal instead of wood), the finish won't be, unless we wait 12 to 14 weeks for the bronze to come in. Which is why I listed only 2 options in my previous email to everyone, go with the black or wait for the correct fence materials to come in.

We can re-order the fence in bronze and it take 12-14 weeks for delivery. We can paint it with a bronze metal paint. There is no warranty on the paint or we can install the black which is not that far off in color and is on the back fence. Please let me know ASAP. We will be there Monday to start the handrail install. Did you ever decide on what you want to do with the back fence? If we need to order new panels, we would need to do that ASAP because of the 10-12 week lead time to have it remade. We received the deposit. We have to order the fence. The bronze has to be made, that is something we don’t keep in stock. It will take 8-10 weeks to be made. Possibly sooner. They will order all of it at once and install all at one time. I will let you know when I hear something. Thanks!

Last night the homeowners met to discuss the fence/railing project. We have agreed to move forward based on the estimate you provided. We should have the funds ready for the first 50% deposit ready by May 1st so we can begin the work. Some of the owners will being paying the assessment in installments over the course of 4 months, so we would like to prioritize the fence along Drexel and the railings and wait to schedule the work on the back fence until closer to August.
Are you able to do a call this week to discuss the details moving forward? I have cc’d David, our HOA President here who will join on us on the phone.
