[Everyone] Chealsea Place HOA quote for ornamental fence and handrail

I follow your points.

I am fine with waiting for the bronze (our original order). This is my
preference.

But (if there is impatience among us) I am ok with the black fencing
(without paint job).

Others should weigh in; and we should decide the matter and move on.

(Then I hope we'll next work on listing projects for the near and far
future.)
