[Everyone] Meeting summary

Good afternoon,

Thank you everyone that was able to attend, especially our new owners
Maryann and Molly.  It was also nice to finally meet Melaine, at least
virtually.

To summarize, a motion was made to have a $1,200 special assessment due
with the normal May association dues, with the option to make 4 monthly
payments starting in May.  8 owners were present for the meeting with 1
proxy, meeting the requirements of a quorum. The motion passed with 8 yeas,
1 nay and 2 not present.

For those that are able to, please pay your assessment in full as early as
possible.  The sooner we have enough funds for the deposit, the sooner we
can schedule the work to start.

Once again, thank you to everyone that was able to attend.
