[Everyone] Meeting information for this afternoon

Since the free Zoom is limited to 40 minutes and we no longer have access
to Elaine's zoom account, we'll be using my Webex from work.  It works much
the same as Zoom, and you can join a meeting from your web browser.  You
can download the app to your computer or phone if you want to, but it's not
required.

Meeting will start at 5pm.  The only agenda item for this meeting is the
special assessment.
